What would you say if someone could unlock your mind? If someone could introduce you to versions of yourself throughout your life for you to help construct who you want to become?
If you could actively confront your thought process and the child, teenager, young adult and finally the adult within? Would you do this? Allow someone take you back in your mind, so deep within yourself that you could identify certain traits and learn how to harness these to become the best version of yourself?
If you like the idea of this then age regression therapy is for you and something I intend to do this weekend- now I am not talking the whole hypno route- there are people who can actively guide you through your mind to unlock your abilities or dormant traits.
I am an indigo child- meaning the hemispheres in my brain did not merge, I am both creative and logical but whilst I am both I am neither. As a child I shut off parts of myself to cope and grow and now I want to unlock what I shut away.
This is also a great way to face certain fears like death and fears of growing older etc.
So if I make it out the other side of the looking glass I may just let you know what I discover…
