This year I created my list of the 30 and I am happy to announce I am well on my way to succeeding. There is one thing that keeps coming back to me…planning…now I know we cannot plan our entire existence but what if we followed a timeline that kept us on track? I have been doing some research and following Forbes to see how the most successful people in the world have lived their lives.
I have had a WILD time for about 10 years- my 20’s were certainly not quiet or without drama and a little too much fun at times but now that I know what I want and who I want to become surely I can set up check points to ensure I get there? And I think based on all I have read this is exactly what I need to do for both my professional and personal future.
Where to begin????
Along with the 30, I am going to enrol to do my Honours degree in Strategic Brand Communication this month (I need a way out of SA and this seems the first feasible option).
Then….once I have paid off the student loan from hell- Masters! I am still working out the financial aspect to all of this but I am sure I will get there.
But before I even get to that point I have plotted the next year and a half of my life in a document, when to submit my novel manuscript, when to enter the US DV and plotted a strict diet and workout schedule to get the healthy body I need to match the healthy mind. Now this may seem a little redundant as it mirrors a few points on the list for the year but I feel like with a more structured approach all will fall nicely into place.
I like the idea as this is a blueprint for my life and soul…if you could direct your life what would your blueprint look like?
