So it is that time of the year again, end of year performance review or appraisal time- depends on where you work I guess.
A strange but I think rather brilliant thought popped into my mind while doing this…What would happen if you had to do a personal appraisal just on you and your personal life?
So here is my idea- 5 goals for the year, under each goal only 3 points.
Each goal will pertain to a different area of my life, I will conduct the review in July and again in December to see how I am tracking and if I have met the 5 goals I set out to achieve in my personal capacity now in Feb.
Obviously this only works if you are very good at being honest with yourself, hell this may even force you to face those things you would prefer not to!
What they hell I am going to do it!

Oh- I am not going to share this process just yet as I need time to figure out the 5 things I want to achieve this year. I’m prepping for my work review tomorrow- a gal can only appraise so much…if ya know what I mean!
